MFS-51:Learn! Don't Dwell

Join Matt & Fiona as they sit down and talk about learning from our mistakes instead of dwelling on them.  It’s inevitable that we will all do or say things that we realize we shouldn’t.  All to often when this occurs we dwell on what we said or did, how we reacted, or how we didn’t react.  By dwelling - we remain in the past!  Whether we dwell for hours, days or weeks, our peace is stolen and it can hold us back from moving forward. We are not to dwell in our mistakes, instead learn form them and keep moving forward!
